National Library Week - String Duets

Get Involved @ HPL

Volunteer your time, share you skills, attend a special program, join the  book club...there is plenty to do to get involved and support Hatch Library! New members are always welcomed in our Friends Group and Book Club. If you are interested in either of these organizations or in volunteering, please contact us

  bullet2 The Hatch Friends Group is a non-profit group whose activities support special programs, fundraising, and advocacy on behalf of the library. Find out more>>

bullet3 Hatch Book Club
  bullet2  Afternoon Book Club  will meet the last Wednesday of each month at 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M.  in the Community Room. Copies of each months' book are available at the circulation desk. Light afternoon refreshments will be served! New readers always welcomed!

bullet3 Volunteer Opportunities
  bullet2 A variety of volunteer jobs are available for you at the library. Some jobs may be mending books, helping prepare children's craft materials for StoryTimes, or assisting with a special program or event.  We welcome volunteers, so if you have a skill to share or time to help a few hours a week, contact us!

  bullet2 A Master Gardener giving you gardening tips, A Computer Specialist sharing advice on maintaining your computer, or an author signing and reading, these are some of the programs you will find at Hatch Library. Watch our monthly calendar for upcoming programs!

Lab Computer Update::
All computers in the Lab have sound! We will no longer be providing headphones for Lab Computers. If you need sound, please bring a pair of headphones or purchase a $1 pair of reuseable earbuds at the front desk.
